The weekend long festival was dedicated to live coding – a rising discipline of computer music – in order to exchange ideas, demonstrate systems, enjoy concerts and establish networks of people and institutions interested in the research and performance of the practice. Although the main focus of the festival was live coding of audio the festival also promoted live coding in other disciplines as well.
